The Link

In the language of the revolution Internet the term in unequivocal way is used for identifying the mechanism that is at the base of the hypertexts with which are created the Web pages or the mechanism that allows to pass from a text to another or from a page to another page through a simple "Click" of the mouse on a determined point of the same page.

The term Link is therefore for "connection."

Also SyncMediaSystem uses the concept of "Link" (connection) even if technically different from that used in the world Web.

The Link of SyncMediaSystem are not found inside Web pages (HTML) or of documents MS-Word but are created, to mean of SyncAudioRecorder e SyncVideoRecorder during the phase of recording so that to be beds and interpreted by the Player (SyncMediaPlayer) that it will make them visible.

the Link allow to immediately reach specific points of the recording audio/video that is held to be important during note the phase of recording.

It is important to clarify that the mechanism of the Link is entirely unhooked by the mechanism of the synchronization and the two functions, in SyncMediaSystem, remain therefore entirely independent.

To subsequently clarify the concept can be affirmed that:

The Link are exclusively correlated to the recordings audio/video (file middle);
The Synchronization is correlated from a side to the recordings audio/video and from the other, necessarily, to the single text files (MS-Word).

You can be had therefore for example: documents (MS-Word) entirely syncronized to the respective files media that however they result you deprive of Link and file media that perfectly provided of Link, they result deprive of synchronization because not transcribed or climbed on (term used for pointing out the process of synchronization).

Besides, really in relationship to the fact that the Link, as a rule, are manually created during the phase of recording, the whole files media that have not been created to mean of SyncAudioRecorder e SyncVideoRecorder they will originally result of it deprived. This doesn't exclude that can be syncronized to the respective transcripts however.

The Link are therefore optional: The recordings provided of Link will make however simpler the activities of mean transcript of SyncMediaTranscript and surely a more complete and pleasant final product to be used.
